Mini Ganga Quest
Looking at the enthusiasm for the Ganga Quest, Mini Ganga Quest was organized during Ganga Utsav 2020 by TREE Craze Foundation.
It was organized in two rounds: an online prelim round and a live virtual final round with quizmaster.
Prelim Online Quiz
- Conducted on October 31st and November 1st 2020.
- Different for Grade I (Class VIII and Below), Grade II (Class IX-X), Grade III (XI-XII), and Grade IV (All who have graduated from Schools)
- 15 questions (in English and Hindi both) for each grade to be completed in 10 minutes
- Half an hour window for each Grade
- Winners chosen by accuracy and time taken to complete the quiz. In case of a tie, whoever attempted first chosen as the winner
- Total 24 winners, i.e. 6 for each grade from this prelim round competed in the final live virtual quiz
Participation Statistics
Approximately 4,600+ people participated in Mini Ganga Quest prelim rounds from all across the country with Grade-wise participation shown in graph below. Geographical distribution of participants is given in map below.
Final Live Virtual Quiz
- Conducted on November 3rd 2020
- One quiz for each grade with 6 participants in each, in total 4 quizzes
- Within each quiz, there were three rounds: Guess What, Cluetopia, Moment of Truth with negative marking for wrong answers and buzzers for questions that were passed.
- All questions were bilingual, i.e. both in English and Hindi
- Each round had some questions for audience, including some questions with Bumper prizes
